There's a Taiwanese restaurant at J-Cube selling coffin bread. I
ate it there but I understand from my friend that local coffin
bread is "too bready" and not crispy enough. She ate it in Taiwan
which was more crispy. The ingredients inside are
mainly seafood, it tastes like seafood salad. It's fun when
ordering " Can I have a 棺材板".
The elderly will frown and say 好叫不叫,叫棺材板。Don't ever ask the
elderly "Do you wish to have a 棺材板", they are very sensitive even
though it's just a dish. Just share with you my experience ha

.....don't sound authentic over here, save some money and go Taiwan
eat the real thing. Meanwhile, just settle for our roti peng with
kaya butter
